Why We Built Zaruda
Zaruda was founded in 2017 in Kirkland, Washington, with a simple thesis: that most companies were being underserved by the existing technology consulting and staffing market — firms that talked about AI but delivered slideshows, or placed engineers without the technical screening to know if they were placing the right people.

We started as a consulting and staffing firm, but the team kept hitting the same ceiling: clients needed AI systems built, and there wasn't a firm that could do it credibly. So we built our own AI products — DB-DaaS, AI Call Pro, and Leads ZPT — not to become a SaaS company, but to become a better consulting and staffing firm.
